Skoda Turkey distributor Ahmet Yüce does not skip this year either! He did not disclose the amount of the bonus he gave to his employees

Yüce Auto, the Turkey distributor for the 130-year-old automotive company Skoda, delivered its most successful performance in recent years with 44 thousand units sold last year.

HE GAVE 29 MONTHS' SALARY AS A BONUS LAST YEAR

Ahmet Yüce, the owner of Yüce Auto, made headlines in 2022 by giving all his employees 25 months' salary as a bonus, and 29 months' salary last year. A similar practice was followed this year for the employees who did not leave the sales success achieved unrewarded.

While Skoda's 164 distributors from all over the world met in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, Yüce Auto-Škoda left its mark on the organization. Selected as the Second Best Distributor of the Year, Yüce Auto also won first place in the International Sales and Customer Experience categories and third place in the Brand and Innovation category.

With this success, Yüce Auto earned the title of being the first distributor in the 130-year history of Škoda to win four awards at once.

"I WILL GIVE BONUSES FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE"

Speaking to journalist Emre Özpeynirci, Ahmet Yüce stated, "As long as I live and my earnings allow, I will give bonuses to my colleagues," while noting that he would not disclose how many months' salary was distributed as a bonus because he no longer wants to be in the news for this topic.

Stating that all bosses are obligated to think about their employees, Yüce used the following expressions:

"After Skoda broke the Turkey record in 2024 with approximately 44 thousand sales, I called Ahmet Yüce and asked about the bonus amount from last year. Yüce stated that he no longer wants to be in the news for this and said: 'All bosses are obligated to think about their employees. If there is labor involved, you must reward it. The more you think about your employees, the higher your chances of success. The success of Skoda in Turkey is the best example of this. In 2024, apart from the record sales, we received 4 awards at once. But it feels strange to me that a situation that is quite normal is portrayed as abnormal in Turkey. That is why I do not want to make a statement.'
