Kepler Club awarded 'Most Innovative Business' in Malaysia

Kepler Club won the "Most Innovative Business" award at the Concessionaires Awards Night 2024 ceremony organized by Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad.

At the event held at Kuala Lumpur Airport, innovative approaches in the aviation sector and services focused on customer experience were evaluated.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS IN AVIATION STAND OUT

The awards ceremony organized by Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad aims to reward the performance and contributions of affiliated businesses to the sector. While the theme for 2024 was set as "Crazy – Bold – Ambitious," awards were distributed in various categories during the ceremony.

Kepler Club was deemed worthy of this award for the technological solutions it offers in airport accommodation and refreshment services.

Features such as ergonomic beds, Smart TVs, autonomous delivery robots, and modern lounge areas were among the company's notable services.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE NETWORK

Kepler Club has expanded its operations, which began at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, to a total of five locations, including two at Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Airport and two at Latvia Riga Airport.

The company provides relaxation areas for passengers facing situations such as long waiting times and flight delays, supporting them with services such as free coffee, tea, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Kepler Club won the "Best Airport Hospitality Initiative in Europe" award at the FAB Conference held in 2023. The company continues to increase its recognition in the sector with such awards.
