Strategic appointment at VBT: Ender Bozanoğlu becomes Deputy General Manager responsible for subsidiaries

VBT Yazılım, one of the leading companies in the information technology sector, has taken an important step to strengthen its subsidiary management.

Ender Bozanoğlu, General Manager of Disnet Teknoloji A.Ş., a 100% subsidiary of VBT, has also been appointed as the Deputy General Manager responsible for VBT subsidiaries.

In his new role, Bozanoğlu will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of all subsidiaries owned by VBT. The appointment demonstrates the company's increasing emphasis on its subsidiaries and rising performance expectations in this area. 

In a statement made by VBT officials regarding the matter, it was stated, “This decision was taken to ensure that our subsidiaries are managed more effectively and efficiently within the corporate structure. Under the leadership of Ender Bozanoğlu, we aim to create more value from our subsidiary companies.”
