Could Barzani become the leader of the dance?

His right-hand man, Hoshyar Zebari, made a statement on social media after the meeting: "The meeting is an important success for strengthening Kurdish unity and for a smooth political transition against the new Syrian rulers in Damascus. We thank all our allies and friends."
