Everyone already knows what is bothering Tayyip.
He wants to sustain his Neo-Hamidian regime as long as he can and sit in that seat until his inevitable end.
So, what are Bahçeli and Özgür Özel planning?
No matter what excuse they hide behind, no matter how they try to twist things, it is crystal clear that both of them have entered a race to drive the final nail into the coffin of the Republic of Turkey.
All that talk about "state wisdom," making a strategic move to take the PKK out of the hands of the US, or "letting the mothers not cry" is just a fairy tale.
Did it only occur to the state to invite Apo to Parliament just as Tayyip became obsessed with drafting a new Constitution?
While the YPG/PYD is sitting in the lap of the US in northern Syria and dancing to the tune of the Pentagon and the CIA, what good would it do to rent a house for Apo in Çankaya!
From this point on, neither those in Qandil nor those in Qamishli will take him seriously.
They are all reciting the same old tune as if they were trying to fool children. In other words, if you buy it, there's a surprise waiting for you.
The Ülkü Ocakları (Grey Wolves) even sent a message to their boys saying, "Loyalty to the leader is our honor."
They set the tone, implying that vinegar is sweeter than honey, whatever Bahçeli says is right, don't object, and just stay where you are.
But on the streets and on social media, people have been practically spewing hatred toward both Bahçeli and Özgür Özel since Tuesday.
There is an extremely strong reaction. Everyone is furious.
Let's say Bahçeli risked even inviting the terrorist leader Apo to Parliament to pave the way for Tayyip and ensure the continuation of the People's Alliance.
But what about Özgür Özel...
We had stopped being surprised by him adding new nonsense to his repertoire every day, but this time he delivered such a "golden shot" that we have reached the point where words fail.
To suck up to a few Kurdish nationalists, to get a pat on the back from fake leftists, fund-recipients, and soft-brained liberals, or to get into the good graces of certain dark circles to whom he owes his seat, he acted as if the Republic of Turkey was his father's property and said, "I am also offering a state to the Kurds. I am offering the Kurds the ownership of the Republic of Turkey. If you are in, let's do this together. Let's make all Kurds the owners of the Republic of Turkey."
Faced with these reckless words, which reek of ignorance and betrayal, the people of my country, who had not given up hope on the CHP simply because it was the party founded by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and the one that laid the foundations of the republic, were horrified.
Even though he tried to backtrack the next day in Diyarbakır by saying, "I am offering the Kurds, together with 86 million people, the opportunity to feel equal citizenship in their bones and to be the owners of the Republic of Turkey along with us," it was in vain...
The arrow has left the bow!
He is unaware that the concept of "equal citizenship," which Kurdish nationalists, Islamists, and identity politicians love so much, is imperialist jargon.
If he is aware of it and has set out to do politics through this jargon, then woe, woe to us...
It is now very difficult to calculate where he will drift from here in the pissing contest he has entered with Bahçeli.
If he continues with this mindset, the end of the road will soon lead to the CHP's funeral.
Unfortunately, while Turkey is speeding downhill like a truck with failed brakes, someone extremely incompetent and childish is sitting at the head of the country's founding party.
He thinks his nonsense is politics, but he is oblivious to the basic principles of political science, political sociology, political philosophy, and political history.
Try to find any knowledge of economics, law, or the constitution in him.
He doesn't know his party's history, principles, roots, or the sociological base it rests upon at all.
Without feeling the need to learn, adopt, or internalize these, he was fed and raised for 13 years inside the warm, safe cocoon at Kılıçdaroğlu's side.
We have witnessed him overstepping his bounds and legal limits with statements that go as far as denying the historical responsibility and even the reason for existence of the CHP at the first opportunity he got.
We don't know if he has returned to his true self, but it is understood that he was hiding, just like the FETÖ members, waiting for what he considered the "right time" to take action.
No matter what he does, he cannot fill that seat he occupies by chance. Even if he screams until his throat tears, the CHP Chairmanship is far too big for him.
Now, let's get to the crux of the matter.
While Turkey is experiencing such a major fracture and the people of my country are watching what is happening in horror, I asked myself, "What will they do this time to manufacture social consent for what they have in mind?"
Even though we all have short memories, what happened after the AKP lost its majority in Parliament for the first time in 2015 remains in the back of our minds.
Between June 7 and November 1, the country had practically turned into a bloodbath.
I was wondering what dirty scheme they would set up now when the news came that there was a terrorist attack on the TUSAŞ facilities in Ankara.
As if to say, "It's right in front of your eyes"...
In other words;
Let Apo come, speak in Parliament and call for laying down arms, let terrorism end, and let the people of my country continue their lives happily without security concerns...
Let's change the Constitution, let Tayyip be President again, let him declare himself caliph, let's have a multi-legal system, let's turn the Republic of Turkey into a Kurdish-Islamic Federation, and so on...
It worked before; it is hard to say whether the people of my country will fall for it this time.
Let us state that the problem here is neither the US playing the Kurdish card again nor the confrontation and war between Israel and Iran in the Middle East.
The real issue is the struggle in Turkey between those who stand with the secular, democratic, unitary nation-state founded by Atatürk, which is based on enlightenment, reason, and science, and those who oppose it—that is, the supporters of the Neo-Hamidian regime who rely on a mass weakened by religious, feudal, and identity politics.
Unfortunately, the CHP seems to have chosen to take sides with those who are against the Atatürk Republic in this struggle.
Let us conclude our article by saying that as long as the CHP is not freed from the occupation of those who are not CHP members, it will not be able to offer any hope for Turkey.
