He finally let the cat out of the bag

In his speech in Kızılcahamam, he kept repeating 'Turk, Kurd, Arab' over and over!

Until yesterday, he was stirring up enthusiasm among our people by chanting 'one nation, one state, one flag' to consolidate his base.

No matter what anyone says, this nationalist vein was extremely productive.

Whenever he was in a tight spot, he could rely on the same rote rhetoric to get our people to fall in line behind him.

He has been reaping the benefits of this for years.

However, there is now a situation of a complete U-turn. Let us look at the timing of his statement; it is highly significant.

He took the stage in Kızılcahamam right after the 'laying down arms' theater in Sulaymaniyah, so as to strike while the iron is hot.

He took his foot off the brake and stepped hard on the gas.

He didn't stop there, adding, "Now the AK Party, the Nationalist Movement Party, and DEM, we have at least decided to walk this path together as a trio."

They later censored his words, but this was already an announcement of the obvious!

After all, there is a 30 percent base behind him that will applaud and vote for him regardless. 

They neither ask questions nor challenge anything.

No one should be surprised; it is perfectly in the nature of things for Islamists and Kurdish nationalists to be allies.

Do not pay attention to his previous bluster; for instance, his claims that "The only government that would release Abdullah Öcalan would be the 'alliance of humiliation' if it came to power with the HDP," or that "The CHP is once again in a secret collaboration with DEM. They are sharing cities, districts, and municipal councils under the guise of a so-called 'urban consensus."

It turns out they were dying to get into bed together.

They share an extremely strong common denominator: hostility toward the Republic and Atatürk.

However, exchanging pleasantries only goes so far. You scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours...

This is where the rubber meets the road.

The key that will ensure he stays in his seat until his time is up is in the hands of the DEM Party.

At the same time, he needs the support of the DEM electorate to realize the Islamist-Kurdish federation he has in mind. In a potential early election, 50 percent depends on DEM standing behind him.

In other words, it's not just about changing the constitution; he must also draw strength from the ballot box, otherwise things could unexpectedly go awry.

Let us open a parenthesis here and note that the fake leftists and soft-headed liberals, who never stop pandering to the Kurdish nationalists under any circumstances, are feeling a bit disappointed. Laying down arms, a 'Turkey without terror,' a video message from Abdullah Öcalan, and so on—all that is fine and well, but if they had conducted this business in secret, it wouldn't have been an issue; however, being openly in the same alliance as Bahçeli... well, it seems to have left a bitter taste in their mouths!

Before long, they will blame the Republic and the nation-state for this, let there be no doubt; we might soon start hearing absurd sentences from that camp like, 'If Atatürk hadn't hanged Sheikh Said, DEM wouldn't have had to become an ally of the AKP today.' Let us say this, close the parenthesis, and continue.

It would be risky for him to conclude this matter only with the Kurds. To avoid trouble, the Middle Eastern identity must be brought to the fore, and the Turkish identity must be suppressed. For this reason, he included Arabs alongside the Kurds in Kızılcahamam.

The more he disrupts Turkey's demographic structure, the better. This way, he will be able to resolve the issue as easily as pulling a hair from butter.

In short, he has started to pull out, one by one, everything from his bag that will erode the nation's national identity.

Are we surprised? No...

After all, he didn't pile so many refugees into Turkey just for the sake of their beautiful eyes. He both squeezed money out of Merkel and invested in these days.

Together with the Kurdish nationalists, he would make those coming from Syria, Afghanistan, and Africa partners in the title deed of Turkey without blinking an eye.

When it comes to the Ummah, everything else stops. After all, the Caliphate is under the jurisdiction of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey; for him to put on his robes, it only takes a decision from the Parliament.

It is clear that he no longer wants to take a step back from this; so much so that when Özgür Özel tried to criticize him, he became furious:

"Why would a child of this country be uncomfortable with the embrace of Turks, Kurds, and Arabs? He has come out and accused us of Islamism. Since when has defending the unity of the Ummah become a crime? Of course, they don't know what Ummah consciousness is. What is wrong with us being locked together like the bricks of a wall, you fools?"

In other words, he is essentially saying, 'Give up being equal and honorable citizens of the Republic of Turkey, and let me turn you back into subjects; just pledge your allegiance to me.'

He is playing openly now, as if he is no longer leaving any room for maneuvering like he used to.

Turkey is facing an extremely critical period.

The people of my country will either surrender to a medieval mentality or they will embrace, protect, and defend the achievements of the Republic.

We will all wait and see together!
