The economy can deteriorate, balances can be shaken, and inflation can rise. With the right policies, a production-oriented approach, and decisive management, all of these can be put back on track over time. However, when a nation's trust is lost, restoring it is much more difficult than fixing economic indicators. Because the economy stands on numbers, while politics stands on trust.
Today, Turkey's greatest need is not just economic stability. The real need is a political approach that is honest, principled, and trustworthy. The nation looks for morality first, then merit, and then vision in the cadres to whom it will entrust its future. Where the sense of trust is damaged, there remains neither investment, nor production, nor social peace.
It should not be forgotten that individuals who have scraped the bottom of corruption cannot be a source of hope for this nation, no matter what rhetoric they use. It is impossible for approaches that have been condemned in the public conscience to promise a clean future. The economic prosperity promises of politicians who have lost their credibility do not find a response in the eyes of the nation either. Because a clean future cannot be built with unclean hands.
Turkey's future lies not in populist rhetoric that saves the day, but in a national vision that prioritizes production and plans for development. A Turkey that is self-sufficient in agriculture, produces high value-added goods in industry, reduces foreign dependency in technology, and places science and education at the center of development is possible. The path to this lies through a national development approach.
The national development model we advocate is based on a state approach that brings together a productive economy, strong industry, strategic planning, domestic technology, qualified education, and social justice in the same pot. The state should direct its resources to investment, not waste; it should encourage production, not rent-seeking; exports, not imports; and investments that create value-added, not consumption.
The path to a great and powerful Turkey lies through reliable politics, a national government approach, and a national power formed by patriotic cadres. Because only a management approach that puts the nation's interests above all kinds of personal calculations can make both economic independence and political stability permanent.
The economy will definitely improve. Production will increase, investments will come, and markets will return to balance. However, the prerequisite for these is the construction of a political climate in which the nation feels trust. Where there is trust, there is investment; where there is investment, there is production; where there is production, there is employment; and where there is employment, there is prosperity.
The key to a prosperous Turkey is clean politics, national development, and reliable cadres who put the love of country above everything else. Because history has shown us that politics that inspire trust grow states; politics that have lost their trust only consume the hopes of the nation.
