1. A NEW REGIME STRUCTURE BASED ON A NEW CONSTITUTION: Security and stability as a guarantee of rights and freedoms, an impartial and friendly administration.

2. DEVELOPMENT WITHIN FREEDOM: More investment and rapid industrialization, support for private enterprise and social justice. An end to stagnation, unemployment, and cash shortages.

3. AN EFFICIENT AND FAIR TAX SYSTEM: Protecting low-income earners, supporting those who live by their labor, and encouraging investment.

4. PRODUCTIVE AGRICULTURE: More abundant water, more aid, more extensive knowledge.

5. TRANSPORTATION DRIVE: More roads, promotion of maritime trade, and coordination in the transportation system.

6. EFFICIENT STATE SERVICE: Reform in administration, reform in state economic enterprises, and measures against smuggling.

7. EFFICIENT MILITARY SERVICE: An army outside of politics, organization according to modern needs, and education in the military barracks.

8. CITIZEN HEALTH: Equal health opportunities for the wealthy and the poor, health services reaching down to the village level, and a sufficient number of hospital beds.

9. EDUCATION MOBILIZATION: Primary education for every child, higher education for every talented youth, and prosperity and peace for teachers.

10. FAIR HOUSING POLICY: Housing primarily for low-income earners, assistance for those building their own homes, and credit only for inexpensive and sanitary construction.

11. PROTECTING WORKERS' RIGHTS: The right to strike and free trade unionism, a livelihood worthy of human dignity, and education for workers and their children.

12. SECURITY FOR IMMIGRANTS: Full equality and attention to the issue of titled housing.
