56th SİYAD Awards find their winners: 'About Dry Grasses' leaves its mark on the night!

The Film Critics Association (SİYAD) has presented the 56th annual SİYAD Awards. "About Dry Grasses," directed by Nuri Bilge Ceylan, received 9 awards, including 'Best Film, Best Director, and Best Screenplay.'

The 56th SİYAD Awards were presented at a ceremony held at Istanbul Modern. The night, hosted by actor Yetkin Dikinciler, was dominated by the film "About Dry Grasses," directed by Nuri Bilge Ceylan.

NURİ BİLGE CEYLAN NOMINATED IN 11 CATEGORIES

Nominated in 11 categories, Nuri Bilge Ceylan's "About Dry Grasses" left the night with 9 awards, including 'Best Film, Best Director, and Best Screenplay.'

Deniz Celiloğlu, who played the character Samet in the film, received the 'Best Actor' award, while Merve Dizdar, who played the character Nuray, received the 'Best Actress' award.

The film "Dark Night," directed by Özcan Alper, which had 10 nominations, only won the 'Best Music' award.

The film "Life," directed by Zeki Demirkubuz, returned from the night with the 'Best Supporting Actor' award. The winner of the award was Cem Davran.
