6th Ethnosports Culture Festival begins tomorrow
The festival, which will be organized for the sixth time this year by the World Ethnosports Confederation, will last for four days. Visitors will be able to participate in all events free of charge at the organization, which will be held at Istanbul Atatürk Airport.
The Ethnosports Culture Festival will feature participants from 30 countries. The festival will host events in many categories, including traditional sports and games, traditional arts, gastronomy, and performing arts.
The festival will offer events that appeal to visitors of all ages.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience many traditional sports and games, such as archery and horse riding, for free under the guidance of professionals. At the same time, workshops located in the area will provide opportunities to gain experience in traditional arts.
Throughout the festival, visitors will also have the chance to gain information on topics such as nature and animal communication, with a focus on traditional sports and games.
SPECIAL EVENTS FOR CHILDREN AND DISADVANTAGED GROUPS
The 6th Ethnosports Culture Festival will host unique events for children.
Children will be able to spend quality time with their families, engaging in traditional sports and games in the festival area. Special events, competitions, and stage performances for disadvantaged groups will also add color to the festival.
Accessible opportunities will be provided for disadvantaged groups through hippotherapy, a mangala tournament for the visually impaired, workshops, and performances by disabled artists.
WILL HOST WORLD CULTURES
Offering different experiences to visitors, the World Ethnosports Confederation will present tastes from world cuisines to the participants.
The Karabakh Horses, which perform unique shows, will also provide unforgettable moments for visitors. The festival, where cities from Turkey are promoted, will feature nomadic life brought to life in goat-hair tents, as well as handicraft workshops and many shows and activities.
PHOTO CONTEST TO BE HELD
A photography contest will be held within the scope of the festival.
The World Ethnosports Confederation, which aims to revive traditional sports and games, will organize a photography contest as part of the 6th Ethnosports Culture Festival in cooperation with the Turkish Photography Art Federation.
Events appealing to visitors of all ages will be held at the festival. Citizens coming to the organization will have the opportunity to experience many traditional sports and games.
At the same time, workshops located in the area will provide opportunities to gain experience in traditional arts. All activities taking place in the festival area will be the subject of the photography contest.
