Adele: I have been left partially deaf due to a rare water bacteria

British singer Adele, who has been honored with major music awards such as the Grammys and Brits, has lost part of her hearing after coming into contact with a rare water bacteria described as very difficult to treat. The singer explained that she experienced pain she described as "worse than childbirth" during her stay in Munich for her concert series in August.

Adele described her health issue during her stage performance at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, saying, "I have an ear infection and it's very scary. I've never had anything like it before. It was the most painful thing that's ever happened to me. It was worse than childbirth."

'I WANTED TO CUT MY EAR OFF A FEW TIMES'

The singer continued her words as follows:

"It's a rare water bacteria. It's very hard to treat. I was on the wrong antibiotics for a few days. They managed to give me one that started working. I wanted to cut my ear off a few times. I'm not in pain anymore, which is great, but I'm a bit deaf in my left ear."
