'Barbie's Ken in Istanbul: Ryan Gosling's wax figure unveiled at Madame Tussauds

The wax figure of Canadian actor Ryan Gosling, who starred in numerous Hollywood films as well as the character "Ken" in the 'Barbie' movie, has begun to be exhibited in Istanbul.

Speaking at the opening held at the Madame Tussauds museum in Taksim, Merlin Turkey General Manager Tankut Tonger stated that the Madame Tussauds brand, which has a 250-year history, has become an important tourism and entertainment center with the opening of its branch in Istanbul:

"We started this journey with nearly 70 wax figures. Now we have over 90 figures. Some are local, some are foreign; some are figures who have achieved significant work and addressed important topics in the past, while others represent the present and the future.

Therefore, we prefer popular figures that both our foreign and local guests would enjoy standing next to. Today, we are here with Ryan Gosling, one of the world's most admired actors and a versatile artist, who is the reason you are all here with us."
