Cast of the film 'Zaferin Rengi' meets with audiences in Ankara
The premiere of the film 'Zaferin Rengi' (The Color of Victory), organized by the Ankara Fenerbahçe Business People Association (AFİDER), took place in Ankara. The event, held at a shopping mall, was attended by cast members Kubilay Aka, Gülper Özdemir, and Yılmaz Bayraktar.
The film's cast members Kubilay Aka, Yılmaz Bayraktar and Gülper Özdemir visited Anıtkabir before the premiere and laid flowers at Atatürk's mausoleum.
Speaking about the film before the premiere, Kubilay Aka stated that he did not expect such intense interest, adding, "We have a film that reminds all Turkish citizens of emotions they have forgotten, not just a Fenerbahçe film. We tried to remain faithful to realism and history." they stated.
The actors visited all the cinema halls to meet with the audience who attended the premiere. After taking commemorative photos, they watched the film together with the audience.
The premiere was also attended by Fenerbahçe Board Members, Simla Türker Bayazıt, Fethi Pekin and AFİDER President Coşkun Samancı. attended.
PLOT OF THE FILM 'ZAFERİN RENGİ'
Based on true events that took place between 1918 and 1923, the film tells the story of the national struggle initiated in Anatolia under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, its growth in occupied Istanbul, and the resistance of the Turkish people who found unity and morale through football victories. The film concludes with the Harington Cup, one of the most significant football achievements that left its mark on Turkish sports history.
