Crime drama: Death in Paradise hits the screen with its 100th episode

Produced by Red Planet Pictures, the crime drama Death in Paradise is returning to screens with a new season.

This season, island life, full of both fun and challenges, brings with it a ton of cases that need to be solved.

'I FEEL LIKE I'VE WON THE LOTTERY'

The season, in which viewers will witness exciting events, begins with the 100th episode of the series. Ralf Little, who plays Detective Neville Parker, the production's longest-running lead, stated, "Reaching this milestone is a wonderful feeling for me. Actually, all the success lies in our team who contributed to the production and, of course, our dear viewers working together.

I feel like I've won the lottery for having the opportunity to be a part of this production," he said.

'THERE ARE NO BLOOD-FILLED SCENES'

Élizabeth Bourgine, who plays Catherine Bordey, a character who has touched a soft spot in the hearts of viewers with her mother figure since the very beginning of the series, said she is quite proud to have reached the 100th episode:

"For me, Death in Paradise is like a game you have to solve. There is murder in the series, but there are no scenes full of violence and blood that would frighten the viewer. The goal here is actually to be able to solve who committed the murder and how. When all of this takes place in a very peaceful, paradise-like setting, it offers the viewer a pleasant viewing experience."
