Distinguished productions of Italian cinema in Istanbul
The 'Meeting with Italian Cinema', organized for the 14th time this year by the Italian Cultural Institute in Istanbul, brings the newest and most remarkable productions of contemporary Italian cinema to Istanbul between November 27 and December 3.
Italy's latest cinema, which sheds light on recent periods and has left its mark on world festivals, will see the premiere of eight productions in Istanbul.
The 14th Meeting with Italian Cinema will begin on Monday evening, November 27, at 20:00 at the Theater Hall of the Italian Cultural Institute located in Beyoğlu, with the screening of Italy's Oscar nominee, "Io Capitano", directed by Matteo Garrone.
FILMS TO BE SCREENED
Within the scope of the selection, Istanbul cinema enthusiasts will also have the opportunity to watch Enrico Maria Artale's "El Paraiso", Ginevra Elkann's "I Told You So", Edoardo De Angelis's "Comandante", Alain Parroni's "An Endless Sunday", Simone Massi's "Nowhere", Giorgio Diritti's "Lubo" and Paola Cortellesi's "There's Still Tomorrow" at the Italian Cultural Institute and Sinematek/Sinema Evi Kadıköy.
