Ece Dağıstan and Jamal Aliyev to perform at 'World Songs' concert
Pianist Ece Dağıstan and cellist Jamal Aliyev will perform together in Istanbul as part of the 'World Songs' concert.
Cellist Jamal Aliyev and Ece Dağıstan, known as the pianist for Teoman’s acoustic group 'Yavaş Yavaş', are meeting music lovers as part of their joint project titled 'World Songs'.
In the concerts they give within the scope of the project, the duo performs a wide range of works with their own unique interpretation on cello and piano, from new classical arrangements of Zülfü Livaneli songs to Astor Piazzolla’s immortal Libertango, and from Sultan, composed by Fahir Atakoğlu, to Georgy Sviridov’s composition The Snowstorm: Romance.
Jamal Aliyev and Ece Dağıstan will take the stage at Zorlu PSM on the evening of Saturday, February 24, 2024.
