In her message, Yener stated, "I wish God's mercy upon Erol Köse and offer my condolences to his dear daughter Dijan, Ajlan, and his family. He produced many of my albums for many years; he almost never upset me, and we always found a middle ground somehow. We had minor frictions, but they were nothing significant.
