Famous artists come together for a tribute concert to Ceza

The "Respect 1" concert, organized by well-known names for Ceza where they performed the rapper's songs, was held at Ora Arena.

Names such as Gazapizm, Sefo, Killa Hakan, Çakal, Ayben, Anıl Piyancı, Şehinşah, Contra, Baneva, Lil Zey, Cartel, Ozbi, Server Uraz, Candan Erçetin, Gripin, and Yener Çevik took the stage at the night organized in honor of Ceza.

Among the presenters of the event were Oğuzhan Uğur, who organized the night, along with Beyazıt Öztürk, Doğu Demirkol, Doğukan Manço, and Emre Karayel.

'IF IT PREVENTED EVEN ONE CHILD'S DEATH...'

Gazapizm, who performed the track "Sabah Bastı Geceyi" (Children of War) at the concert, stated: "For many years, we have been living in a world where children are constantly dying in wars. It has been more than 10 years since this song was made. Let us think about how many children have died because of wars in these 10 years. We might think that our music will not stop the war. If a song has prevented even one child's death, there can be no greater mission for music than that. You deserve respect for this song alone."

Ceza, who released his first solo album Medcezir in 2002, became one of the first representatives of Turkish rap music. During the concert, which lasted approximately two hours, the artist's well-known songs such as "Holocaust", "Neyim Var ki", "Suspus", "Yerli Plaka", and "Fark Var" were performed. The concert concluded with Candan Erçetin and Ceza performing the song "Şehir".
