Ferhat Göçer, one of the beloved names in the art world, drew attention with a social media post criticizing the Istanbul concert of Kanye West, which has been occupying the agenda in recent days.
While the US rapper's visit to Turkey caused a great stir, Göçer's comments were widely discussed on social media.
Regarding the concert, the famous artist said, “Two lights and some smoke… The man took 30 million dollars and left… If you ask those who went, they don't even know one of his songs.” Göçer used these expressions, taking a jab at those who attended the event by claiming that the audience was unfamiliar with Kanye West's songs.
Furthermore, Ferhat Göçer compared Kanye West's stage performance to prominent names in the Turkish rap scene. Emphasizing the stage energy of local artists such as Ceza, Ezhel, and Uzi, Göçer stated that the performances of these names are undeniably powerful.
The singer did not stop there and invited all music lovers to his own concert, which will take place in Manisa shortly. Addressing them, Ferhat Göçer said, “I promise, I won't make you miss Kanye West.”
