Fight breaks out at Yıldız Tilbe's İzmir concert: Police intervene

Tensions flared during the concert of Yıldız Tilbe, who performed as part of the Grass Concerts held at Kültürpark within the scope of the İzmir International Fair. The concert, held on the evening of September 7, saw high attendance.

While social media posts reflected long queues at the entrances before the concert, an argument broke out among the crowd in the area for reasons yet to be determined. The argument quickly escalated into a brawl.

It was reported that some citizens in the vicinity experienced panic during the fight. Those moments were recorded by the mobile phone cameras of people in the concert area, and the footage spread on social media in a short time.

Upon the escalation of the fight, security forces intervened in the area. While the individuals stated to be causing the disturbance were removed from the concert area, the intervention prevented the incident from growing further.

It was learned that the concert continued despite the tension. Yıldız Tilbe performed her popular songs for the fans who came to listen to her at Kültürpark.
