Gonzalo Rubalcaba is coming to Istanbul
Pianist Gonzalo Rubalcaba will meet music lovers at the Cemal Reşit Rey (CRR) Concert Hall on April 25.
According to the statement made by CRR, the musician, who has included 3 Grammy and 3 Latin Grammy awards and best-selling jazz records in his career, will perform a concert as part of his album tour.
Rubalcaba will be accompanied by Matt Brewer on double bass and Ernesto Simpson on drums at the concert.
The artist, who won the Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Jazz Album in 2022 with the album "Skyline," also received a Latin Grammy award for the album "Live In Marciac," which he recorded with Aymee Nuviola the same year.
In 2023, the artist formed a new trio called Trio D'ete and recorded the album 'Turning Points,' which is a sequel to 'Skyline.'
