Hosted 100 times its population in tourists during the holiday

Amasra, described for centuries as the apple of the world's eye with its magnificent nature and sea, was flooded with visitors before the Ramadan Feast.

The pearl of the Black Sea, Amasra, was filled with thousands of people who took advantage of the 9-day holiday and warm weather.

People enjoying the city's natural beauty and tasting fish sandwiches experienced the joy of the holiday by participating in boat tours on the sea.

Approximately 650 thousand people visited the Amasra district, which has a total population of 6 thousand 600, during the 8-day holiday period.

While hotels and guesthouses in the district were packed, long queues of vehicles formed on the roads.

It was learned that more than 27 thousand vehicles entered the district on the second day of the holiday, and the total number of vehicles entering the district reached 150 thousand in 8 days.

Local residents and shopkeepers also expressed their satisfaction with the density, stating that they had a trouble-free period.

In the district, which hosted approximately 100 times its population in domestic and foreign tourists over the 8-day period, the human density is expected to continue on Sunday.
