An interesting solution to Monday blues from Kepez Municipality

"Employees welcomed with music"

Employees of Antalya's Kepez Municipality arriving for their shift on Monday, December 2, were greeted by the energetic and motivating melodies of music.

Before the start of working hours, employees gathered at the concert held on the ground floor of the municipality, where they stored up motivation and energy for the first workday of the week with performances by musician Özkan Karaeroğlu.

Deputy mayors, department heads, staff, and local residents also joined in singing along to the songs, strengthening the bond of affection among them.

"They joined from the balconies"

Employees watched the concert from the balconies of the corridors where a poster of Atatürk and a Turkish flag were hung.

After the concert, which lasted about half an hour, the employees headed to their units to serve with high motivation and energy.

"Events will continue as a routine"

The motivation event, organized by the Directorate of Culture and Social Affairs, will continue every first workday of the week.
