International Emmy Award for the series Yargı

The International Emmy Awards, presented by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences to productions created outside the United States, were held in New York.

At the ceremony held at the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel, 56 productions from 20 countries were represented across 14 categories.

At the ceremony, the series Yargı, produced by Ay Yapım, won the award in the "Best Telenovela" category.

The series' producer Kerem Çatay, director Ali Bilgin, screenwriter Sema Ergenekon, and lead actors Pınar Deniz and Kaan Urgancıoğlu were present at the ceremony.

The documentary "Buffy Sainte-Marie: Carry It On" from Canada won the International Emmy Award in the "Arts Programming" category. The documentary, which examines the singer's career spanning over 60 years, was directed by Canadian filmmaker Madison Thomas.

At the awards ceremony, Deepak Chopra presented the International Emmy Directorate Award to Ektaa R. Kapoor, co-founder of Balaji Telefilms.

On the night where stars walked the red carpet in their best creations, Turkish actress Pınar Deniz drew attention with her classic black spaghetti-strap dress and black bag with a metallic handle.
