NOW TV series: 'Korkma Ben Yanındayım' set sealed off
The shanty house used on the set of the series 'Korkma Ben Yanındayım' was sealed by the Beykoz Municipality on the grounds that it lacked a studio permit. The show's production company stated that this is the first time they have encountered filming locations being shut down for such a reason.
The shanty house used for the filming of the NOW TV series 'Korkma Ben Yanındayım', which stars Şevket Çoruh, Günay Karacaoğlu, and Didem Balçın, has been sealed by the Beykoz Municipality in Beykoz.
The sealing, which occurred without the knowledge of the production crew, is a situation unprecedented in the world of television series.
60 THOUSAND TL PAID
The house, rented by MedYapım, which paid 60 thousand TL to the Beykoz Municipality last month to obtain filming permits, was sealed by the municipality on the grounds that the privately owned shanty house did not have a "studio permit."
According to a report by journalist Birsen Altuntaş, the production company stated that they have never encountered such a situation before, noting that the location is a real property, not a studio.
FILMING HAS TAKEN PLACE IN MANY PLACES WITHOUT STUDIO PERMITS
Pointing out that all series are filmed in real locations, MedYapım recalled that they had previously filmed at the Beykoz Courthouse, Beykoz Municipality, and Beykoz State Hospital, emphasizing that none of those locations held a studio permit.
