Participating in Eser Yenenler's YouTube channel EYS, the singer said the following regarding the reactions caused by her attendance at the Galatasaray championship celebration last year:

"I was a very fanatic Beşiktaş fan, I am no longer. I actually had to set my fanaticism aside while experiencing these things last year. Because what I went through went beyond my fanaticism. Because at one point, I had to take a stance both as an artist and in front of so many listeners, and I did what was right and went there.

And I say 'I'm glad I went'. Because something truly undeniable happened. There, neither my fanaticism nor my Beşiktaş fandom, nothing of it remained. Because my identity as an artist weighed much more heavily. I had to stand behind my music and I went. I also had a very pleasant night."
