The play titled 'Derviş' to be staged at the Atatürk Cultural Center

Tickets for the dance theater production 'Derviş', written by Prof. Dr. İskender Pala, with general artistic direction by Ömer Faruk Belviranlı, and featuring Poyraz Deniz Genç as Yunus Emre and Kemal Topal as Tabduk Emre, have gone on sale.

'Derviş' will meet the audience at the AKM on January 9.

Anatolia… A cradle of knowledge for the scholar, a hearth of wisdom for the sage, and a field of honor for the brave… The meeting of the pen and the sword; in the mind, in the hand; in the heart and on the tongue, Anatolia…

Yunus, who nurtured the seed that fell from the wisdom of Yesevi onto the steppe by saying “Even if you are hurt, do not hurt!”, and who added his voice to the call of Hacı Bektaş by saying “We love the created for the sake of the Creator”… In other words, the Anatolian plane tree that transformed our language into the language of a civilization and our thought into the thought of wisdom… In other words, he is an identity, an inspiration, a man of thought, a man of faith, and above all, he is a “Derviş!”
