Works from France's major museums to be exhibited: 'Little Madness' digital museum opens to visitors
The Micro-Folie 'Little Madness' digital museum, where works from France's leading museums are exhibited, meets the people of Mardin at the Sakıp Sabancı Mardin City Museum on February 15, 2024. The digital museum will be open for visits until April 15, 2024.
The Micro-Folie "Little Madness" digital museum, which will open at the Sakıp Sabancı Mardin City Museum on February 15, 2024, in cooperation with the Institut français Türkiye, will take its visitors on a journey of culture and art spanning from centuries ago to the present day through new technologies.
Digital museum visitors will have a unique experience where they can watch hundreds of works from 12 institutions, including the Palace of Versailles, the Centre Pompidou, the Louvre Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Quai Branly, the Philharmonie, Universcience, the National Museums, the Grand Palais, the Cité de la Musique, and the Musée d'Orsay—some of France's leading museums and scientific institutions—on giant screens with a guide, while also discovering the secrets and games related to the works on their tablets.
WILL BE OPEN TO VISITORS 6 DAYS A WEEK
The digital museum, which will be visited with a guide at the Sakıp Sabancı Mardin City Museum between February 15 and April 15, 2024, is free of charge and will be open to school groups 6 days a week.
