1 person lost their life in a fire at the Başakşehir Atatürk Auto Industrial Site

The fire broke out around 22:00 at the Başakşehir Atatürk Auto Industrial site in a 2-story auto body and spare parts shop. It occurred in the shop. The fire, which started for a reason yet unknown, drew a large number ofFire, medical, police, AFAD, and UMKE teams were dispatched to the scene. The fire, which also involved explosions, was completely extinguishedas a result of1 hour of work by the fire crews.

1 personwas injured and 1 person lost their life.

According to the information obtained,the 2-storyWhile 1 person on the lower floor was injured in the fire that completely engulfed the building, the person who was on the upper floor andduring the fire couldnot get out and the roofof the building collapsed, with the pwho was trapped and was of foreign national identity A.T. (51) lost their life. The injured citizen was taken to the hospital after initial intervention at the scene. Inside the building, which was completely engulfed by the fire, work was beingFollowing the efforts, crime scene investigation teams were dispatched to the location of the fire. After the examinations were completed, the bodies of those who lost their lives were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue.
