11 properties belonging to Sümer Holding to be sold: Tenders in February

The announcement regarding the matter by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance's Privatization Administration and the General Directorate of Sümer Holding AŞ has been published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, 11 properties will be privatized through sale: one each in the Kozan district of Adana, Eğirdir of Isparta, Menemen of İzmir, the center of Karaman, Kırkağaç of Manisa, İlkadım of Samsun, Koyulhisar of Sivas, and Zile of Tokat, as well as 3 in the Derince district of Kocaeli.

The tender specification fee has been set at 5 thousand liras for Adana, İzmir, Kocaeli, Manisa, and Samsun, and 3 thousand liras for those in other provinces. Temporary collateral amounts range between 100 thousand liras and 750 thousand liras.

Final bids for the properties in Adana, Isparta, İzmir, and Karaman can be submitted until February 17, and for those in Kocaeli, Manisa, Samsun, Sivas, and Tokat until February 18.

TENDERS TO BE CONDUCTED VIA BARGAINING METHOD

The tenders will be conducted using the "bargaining" method, which involves receiving sealed bids from multiple bidders and holding negotiations, and will be concluded with an open auction attended by the bidders who continue in the negotiation process.

Bidders are required to obtain a separate tender specification for each property, submit a separate bid for each property, and deliver the necessary documents by hand to the organization's address at "Bahçekapı Mahallesi Atatürk Orman Çiftliği Kümeevleri No:4 (06797) Etimesgut/ANKARA" by 16.00 on the final bid submission date.
