12 palaces and Kısıklı... The only place left for Erdoğan not under CHP administration is 'that one'!

The AKP, having lost over 8 percent of its vote, became the second party with 35.49 percent.

Thus, of the palaces and mansions used by President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, only Ahlat remains in his hands.

ÜSKÜDAR HAS ALSO PASSED TO THE CHP

Following the victory of CHP candidate Sinem Dedetaş in Üsküdar, Erdoğan will now reside in a district managed by a CHP municipality in Üsküdar as well.

EVERYWHERE IN ANKARA IS UNDER CHP

The Palace located in Ankara's Yenimahalle district is also within the jurisdiction of the Yenimahalle district.

In the district, which CHP's Fethi Yaşar won with 59.16 percent of the vote, the Palace will now also be under the CHP municipality.

MARMARIS WILL ALSO BE MANAGED BY A CHP MUNICIPALITY

In Marmaris, where the Summer Palace is located, CHP's Acar Ünlü was elected mayor with 44.75 percent of the vote. Thus, President Erdoğan's summer palace will also be under the CHP municipality.

2 PALACES IN BEŞİKTAŞ

The Dolmabahçe Palace and Yıldız Palace in Beşiktaş will also be under CHP municipalities. Furthermore, Rıza Akpolat, who reached 64.13 percent of the vote in the district, was re-elected mayor.

1 MANSION AND 1 PALACE IN ÜSKÜDAR

The Beylerbeyi Palace and Vahdettin Mansion in Üsküdar will also be under the Üsküdar Municipality, which is under the administration of CHP's Sinem Dedetaş.

HUBER MANSION AND BEYKOZ KASRI ARE ALSO IN A CHP DISTRICT

The Huber Mansion and Beykoz Kasrı, located in the district of Beykoz where CHP's M. Oktay Aksu won with 51.51 percent of the vote, will also be in the hands of the CHP municipality.

In Bakırköy, considered a stronghold of the CHP, the administration did not change. The Florya Mansion, which is used by Erdoğan, will also be under the CHP municipality in the new term.

The Aynalıkavak Kasrı, located in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district, will also be in the hands of the CHP municipality in the new term. The district, which İnan Güney won with 49.22 percent, passed from the AKP to the CHP.

ÇANKAYA MANSION

Çankaya, which was used by all Presidents other than President and AKP Chairman Erdoğan, is also located in Çankaya, the CHP's stronghold in Ankara.

ONLY AHLAT REMAINS IN HIS HANDS

The Presidential Ahlat Lodge, located in the Ahlat district of Bitlis, remained under AKP administration in the local elections with 42.01 percent of the vote.

Thus, while 11 palaces and mansions, as well as Kısıklı, are located in districts under CHP administration, the only place where Erdoğan will reside that is under AKP administration is the Ahlat Lodge.
