12punto publishes the footage: It turns out the oath text targeted by the AKP was first recited in 1995!

The oath taken by a group of lieutenants after the Military Academy graduation ceremony, where they drew their swords and chanted "We are the soldiers of Mustafa Kemal," remains a target of the AKP government and continues to be a hot topic.

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who targeted the lieutenants, signaled a 'purge' regarding the incident, stating, "Against whom were these swords drawn? Whoever they are, it is impossible for them to remain within our army. We will cleanse them."

However, it has emerged that the oath taken by the new lieutenants after the ceremony dates back years and is not a 'call for a coup.'

12punto columnist and journalist Müyesser Yıldız obtained the footage for the first time from retired officer and lawyer Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sinan Kocaoğlu, a classmate of M.S., who first recited it.

Here is the footage from 1995, when the controversial oath was first recited...
