13 convicts with finalized prison sentences for various crimes have been apprehended in Mersin.
According to the statement by the Mersin Provincial Police Department, teams from the Public Security Branch Office's Wanted Persons Bureau launched an operation to apprehend 22 suspects who had active arrest warrants and finalized prison sentences.
Within the scope of this operation, 13 convicts with finalized prison sentences for crimes including "intentional killing, negligent killing, theft, deprivation of liberty, and armed threat" were captured.
The 13 apprehended convicts were sent to prison after their processing was completed.
