15.6 tons of medical aid and pharmaceutical supplies dispatched to Lebanon
Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu announced that 15.6 tons of medical aid and pharmaceutical supplies have been dispatched from Mersin to Lebanon.
In a post on his social media account, Minister Memişoğlu stated, "The Turk is the one who is awaited, the Turk is the one whose path is watched. We stand with the brotherly people of Lebanon against the humanitarian crisis in Lebanon.
The 15.6 tons of medical aid and pharmaceutical supplies we prepared to support health services in the region have set off from Mersin.
Turkey will continue with determination to extend a helping hand wherever there is an oppressed person or someone in need, and to stand by friendly and brotherly peoples."
