19 people were detained: Requested sentences in the Fergio House investigation have been announced

19 people in the group, who called themselves Fergio House and shared obscene content videos on social media, were detained in December.

The investigation, which has been ongoing for approximately 6 months, has been completed and an indictment has been prepared against the group members.

13-PAGE INDICTMENT: UP TO 3 YEARS IN PRISON REQUESTED FOR EACH

According to the report by Musa Kesler from Hürriyet, the 13-page indictment prepared by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office requests up to 3 years in prison for each of the 19 suspects, including the group's founder Ferhat Günay, known by the pseudonym Fergio Bey, and his twin brother Serhat Günay, for the crime of 'mediating the publication of obscene content'.

In the indictment, the prosecution stated regarding the sexually explicit posts made on the group's public account: "It has been determined that the posts constitute an open attack on the common decency and moral purity of society, and that the posts were made in a way that could have a harmful effect on the behavior of children and in a manner that would offend the sense of shame and modesty of society."

The trial of the defendants will take place in the coming days at the Istanbul 7th Criminal Court of First Instance.
