19 release decisions in IMM investigation

 

IMM investigation, release decisions were issued for 19 of the 21 detained individuals who were not included in the indictment, and a travel ban was imposed.

The Criminal Court ofPeaceissued the decision.However; Imamoglu's chauffeurs Recep Cebeci and Zekai Kirat's detention will continue on the groundsthat the reasons stated in the arrest warrants have not been eliminatedand that judicial control measures would not be sufficientas the grounds for their continueddetention.
