2 released in Can Holding investigation
A release decision has been issued for Gökhan Şen and Atilla Ciner, who had been in custody since October 1, 2025, as part of the Can Holding investigation.
In the investigation conducted into Can Holding, Atilla Ciner, an official at AFC İthalat İhracat Turizm, and Gökhan Şen, CEO of Ciner Glass, who had been in prison since October 1, 2025, have been released.
Atilla Ciner and Gökhan Şen, who were detained by teams from the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command, were referred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan following their processing and were arrested by the court they were brought before.
While trustees were appointed to numerous companies during the investigation process, the file was later transferred to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
In the investigation where Can Holding Chairman of the Board Kemal Can was arrested, an arrest warrant had been issued for Turgay Ciner, who was stated to be abroad within the scope of the file that also includes Park Holding.
