In a statement on his social media account, Ekşi noted that these passengers could also face administrative fines exceeding 10 thousand Turkish Liras from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM).
Ekşi stated, "In 2023, we had to ban 200 passengers from flights for failing to follow the rules. These passengers may also be subject to administrative fines exceeding 10 thousand Turkish Liras by the SHGM. Let us not be upset, and let you not be upset."
