2025 minimum fee schedule for conciliators determined
The 2025 minimum fee schedule for conciliators appointed upon the request of investigation and prosecution authorities in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code has been announced.
The Ministry of Justice's "2025 Conciliator Minimum Fee Schedule" has been published in the Official Gazette and has entered into force.
Accordingly, if the conciliation process concludes negatively at the proposal stage, the conciliator will be paid between 874 and 1,312 liras; if the conciliation process concludes positively, a payment of 2,631 to 3,520 liras will be made for the conciliation of 2-3 people, 3,520 to 4,394 liras for 4-6 people, 4,394 to 5,276 liras for 7-9 people, and 5,276 to 6,158 liras for 10 or more people.
In the event that the conciliation process concludes negatively, the conciliator will be paid between 1,312 and 1,749 liras if there are 2-3 parties, 1,749 to 2,193 liras if there are 4-6 parties, 2,193 to 2,631 liras if there are 7-9 parties, and 2,631 to 3,068 liras if there are 10 or more parties.
