25,000 TL fine for 4 people caught gambling
The Kocaeli Provincial Police Department launched an operation to prevent the crime of providing a place and facilities for gambling. While 4 people caught gambling were fined 25,700 TL, administrative proceedings were initiated against the business owner.
Kocaeli’de umuma açık eğlence ve istirahat yerlerinde yapılan denetimlerde kumar oynayan 4 kişiye, 25 bin 700 TL ceza uygulanırken iş yeri sahibi hakkında ise idari işlem başlatıldı.
Kocaeli İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü'nce kumar oynamak için yer ve imkan sağlamak suçunun engellemesi amacıyla çalışma başlatıldı.
Kartepe’de umuma açık eğlence ve istirahat yerlerinde yapılan denetimlerde, T.Z.’nin iş yerinde kumar oynattığı tespit edildi.
Bunun üzerine iş yeri sahibi Z.T.’ye adli işlem yapılırken kumar oynayan 4 kişiye 27 bin 700 TL ceza uygulandı. 3 bin 500 TL’ye ise el konuldu.
