A new development has occurred regarding three individuals who were in custody as part of the investigation into corruption and bribery allegations at Bayrampaşa Municipality. The suspects, who benefited from effective remorse provisions during the investigation process, were released by court order.
According to the report by Ekol TV, Emin Sönmez, who was expelled from the MHP Bayrampaşa District Board of Directors, CHP Council member Öztürk Hocaoğlu, and businessman Aslan Bulut were released under judicial control conditions. According to the decision, house arrest was imposed on Sönmez and Bulut, while Hocaoğlu was required to report periodically to sign in.
It was reported that the legal proceedings for all three individuals within the scope of the investigation are ongoing.
