The distribution of positions and branches for the 31,054 contracted health personnel to be employed within the Ministry of Health in 2027 has been determined.
According to the decision, 31,040 personnel will be assigned directly to hospitals, with 5,061 to be employed as physicians and 25,955 as specialist physicians.
The decision published in the Official Gazette states that it has been decided to determine the service units where contracted health personnel will be employed for the year 2027, in order to ensure the effective and efficient execution of health services in locations and service branches where it is difficult to recruit staff.
In accordance with the decision, 1 person will be employed in emergency health services, 7 in district health directorates and community health centers, 6 in health houses, and 31,040 in inpatient treatment areas. Of these individuals, 5,061 will be physicians and 25,955 will be specialist physicians. Additionally, 25 health officers, 9 midwives, 2 nurses, and one dietitian and one health technician each will be recruited.
