332 judges and prosecutors appointed to new positions: HSK autumn decree

332 judges and prosecutors appointed to new positions: HSK autumn decree

The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has published the 2024 Judicial and Administrative Judiciary Excuse-Based Autumn Decree.

With the decree, 318 appointments were made in the judicial judiciary and 14 in the administrative judiciary.

332 JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS CHANGED POSITIONS

Thus, the positions of a total of 332 judges and prosecutors have changed.

In a written statement regarding the decree on the HSK's official website, it was stated: “The Judicial and Administrative Judiciary Decrees No. 1589 and 1590 dated 19.11.2024 of the First Chamber of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors have been decided by the First Chamber of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors as of 19.11.2024, by evaluating the requests of judges and public prosecutors, and the decrees have been announced in the attachment.

Colleagues who wish to request a re-examination of their appointments made by the decree must submit their requests by filling out the explanation section under the heading “Judge Prosecutor Appointment Request Form” on the UYAP personnel screen by the end of the working day on Monday, 25/11/2024, at the latest, without waiting for notification, in order to ensure that their status is finalized as soon as possible. Colleagues who were not appointed by the decree do not have the right to request a re-examination.

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç used the following expressions in his statement on his social media account:

The work for the 2024 Judicial and Administrative Judiciary Excuse-Based Autumn Decree has been completed by the 1st Chamber of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors.

The decree will be published on our HSK website (http://hsk.gov.tr) shortly.

I hope it will be beneficial for our country and our judicial community, and I wish our judges and public prosecutors success in their new duties.
