34 judges and prosecutors reassigned by HSK decree

The judicial decree prepared by the First Chamber of the HSK has been published on the institution's website.

Accordingly, Zümra Yılmaz, Head of Department at the Ministry of Justice's Directorate General for Foreign Relations and European Union Affairs, was appointed as a Prosecutor at the Ankara Regional Court of Justice; Behçet Tufan Turan, Antalya Prosecutor, as Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Antalya; Seyit Ahmet Alperen, Internal Auditor at the Ministry of Justice, as a Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation; Pınar Şafak, Bakırköy Judge, as President of the Bakırköy Commercial Court; Fettah Çavuş, Examining Judge at the Ministry of Justice, as a Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation; Adnan Korkmaz, Head of Department at the Ministry of Justice's General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses, as a Prosecutor at the Ankara Regional Court of Justice; Gürkan Kütük, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Antalya, as a Prosecutor at the Antalya Regional Court of Justice; and Özgür Kuzulu, Bakırköy Judge, as a Prosecutor at the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice.

Tahsin Mutlu, Examining Judge at the Ministry of Justice, was appointed as a Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation; Kenan Uzun, Member of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice, as a Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation; Ali Canbolat, Examining Judge at the Ministry of Justice, as a Prosecutor at the Ankara Regional Court of Justice; Yurdagül Keskin, Examining Judge at the Ministry of Justice, as a Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation; Hakan Yelek, Examining Judge at the Ministry of Justice, as a Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation; Osman Elma, Ankara Judge, as a Prosecutor at the Ankara Regional Court of Justice; Yaşar Tanrıverdi, İzmir Prosecutor, as a Karşıyaka Prosecutor; Mehdi Özçoban, Antalya Prosecutor, as Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Antalya; Abdulkadir Kutluk, Examining Judge at the Ministry of Justice, as a Prosecutor at the Ankara Regional Court of Justice; and Zübeyde Dalgülge Şengül, Korkuteli Prosecutor, as an Antalya Prosecutor.

Merve Özcan, Examining Judge at the Court of Cassation, was appointed as a Member of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice; Gamze Almalı, Kemer Chief Prosecutor, as Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Antalya; Yasin Yıldırım, Menemen Prosecutor, as a Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation; Osman Can, Kayseri Judge, as a Gaziantep Judge; Çağdaş Özer, Ceyhan Judge, as a Prosecutor at the Ankara Regional Court of Justice; Fatih Arıcıgil, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Antalya, as a Prosecutor at the Antalya Regional Court of Justice; and Beyhan Karakaşlı, İzmir Prosecutor, as a Prosecutor at the İzmir Regional Court of Justice.

Ahmet Kuşak, Diyarbakır Prosecutor, was appointed as Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Antalya; Doğancan İnce, Kemer Prosecutor, as an Antalya Prosecutor; Hilmi Kahveci, Nevşehir Prosecutor, as Chief Prosecutor of Karacabey; Özlem Parlar, Examining Judge at the Ministry of Justice, as an Ankara Prosecutor; Yasir Aksoy, Finike Prosecutor, as an Antalya Prosecutor; Rezzan Yıldız, Hanak Prosecutor, as an Examining Judge at the Court of Cassation; Batuhan Kılınç, Chief Prosecutor of Karacabey, as Chief Prosecutor of Kemer; Yunus Emre Özdemir, Serik Prosecutor, as an Antalya Prosecutor; and Alperen Kiziroğlu, Kumluca Prosecutor, as an Antalya Prosecutor.
