4 people arrested in poisoning tragedy
A court has ordered the arrest of 4 individuals detained as part of the investigation into the poisoning deaths of the Böcek family.
The Criminal Court of Peace has issued arrest warrants for 4 suspects in connection with the tragic incident that led to the deaths of the Böcek family, who had arrived from Germany.
The 4 individuals arrested are as follows:
Turkish delight seller F.T., kokoreç seller E.E., cafe owner F.M.O., and mussel seller Y.D.
A FAMILY WAS WIPED OUT
The number of detainees had risen to 11 following the apprehension of 3 more individuals—1 pest control worker and 2 hotel employees—in relation to the 'food poisoning' allegations in Fatih that claimed the lives of 4 members of a family.
4 PEOPLE ARRESTED
While the hotel was sealed yesterday after police completed their investigations, the suspects Y.D. (mussel seller), F.M.O. (cafe owner), E.E. (kokoreç seller), and F.T. (Turkish delight seller) were arrested by the Criminal Court of Peace on charges of causing death by negligence and sent to prison.
