5 defendants released in fake diploma case rearrested
Five defendants who were released in the trial of 199 people accused of forging diplomas and driver's licenses by copying the e-signatures of public institution officials have been rearrested following an objection by the prosecutor's office.
Defendants Mıhyeddin Yakışır, Taner Dağhan, Ziya Kadiroğlu, Gökay Celal Gülen, and Yalçın Maraşlı, who were granted release in the trial of 199 people accused of forging diplomas and driver's licenses by copying the e-signatures of public institution officials, have been rearrested following an objection by the prosecutor's office.
