5 youths detained during İmamoğlu protests released
Five more youths who were arrested for participating in protests following the detention of CHP presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu have been released.
The detention of Republican People's Party (CHP) presidential candidate and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu had sparked widespread protests across the country. During these protests, many individuals were detained and arrested on charges of violating Law No. 2911 on Meetings and Demonstrations.
According to the latest developments, five more of the arrested youths have been released.
