50,000 TL fine for 16-year-old driver in Çorum
A 16-year-old unlicensed driver who attempted to flee after failing to comply with a police "stop" order in Çorum was caught after a short pursuit. The driver was issued a total fine of 50,000 TL.
The incident occurred on Çatal Havuz 17th Street. According to the information obtained, during an inspection conducted by police teams on Fatih Street, 16-year-old A.T., who did not comply with the "stop" order, began to flee in his vehicle. A.T., who was pursued by police teams, was caught after his vehicle was stopped on Çatal Havuz 17th Street.

While A.T. was being taken to the police station, his relatives who arrived at the scene tried to persuade the police teams not to take action. A total of 50,000 TL in fines was imposed on the vehicle and the driver by the police teams.
