6.4 magnitude earthquake hits Pacific island nation of Vanuatu
A 6.4 magnitude earthquake has struck the Pacific island nation of Vanuatu. The United States Geological Survey (USGS) issued a statement following the quake.
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) stated that the 6.4 magnitude earthquake in Vanuatu was recorded at a depth of 10 kilometers.
No tsunami warning was issued following the earthquake, and there have been no reports of loss of life or property.
A 6.3 magnitude earthquake occurred in Vanuatu on January 23, which also resulted in no loss of life or property.
