60 people had been detained in connection with the armed attack that took place during Sunday mass at the Santa Maria Italian Church in Sarıyer.
While 26 were deported, 34 people, including the perpetrators Tajik national A.K. and Russian-born D.Y., were referred to the Çağlayan Istanbul Courthouse following their interrogations at the Istanbul Counter-Terrorism Branch Directorate.
